MAN LAWS!!!! we covered alot of em on wednesday but i’m sure there are many more to discuss lol – first, manis and pedis. i think we concluded that it’s cool only on a need-to basis, but i don’t think u should be up in the spot on a regular with your feet propped up getting the sea salt scrub. and manis, where do i begin? regular manis means your hands will be in the limp wrist, feminine position for at least an hour while you get your cuticles pushed back and your nails buffed. something about that doesn’t sit right with my sensibilities and screams metrosexual. i would say it’s a definite violation. pedis are on the fence, but like i said, need-to basis i.e. your feet are slicing up your sheets and your heels look like jimmy crack corn!

Man purses, accessories such as rings (other than wedding bands), mandals, and tucking of shirts into shorts are other violations. Yoga for guys is iffy for me as a viable regular workout option as well! lol

MAN law # 122 Real Man Don’t Bake!!! The pedicure and manicure i guess it depends how pretty of a man you are. Normally guy’s i know think it is female thing so do i but to each his own.

i think it goes without saying that skinny jeans are total violations, but i would also like to add tapered and boot cut jeans a la the Jonas Brothers! Get outta here!

MAN LAW #176.5-B – No mandals. Flip flops are okay provided that they are not the thin, flimsy kind. Nike flip flops are the most preferred. Old Navy flip flops are a major violation.

MAN LAW #207.1-A – Man don’t do accessories. A watch is acceptable, but coupled with bracelets, chains, pinky or thumb rings…all unacceptable. Brimmed hats are also iffy. Men should only wear fitted hats.

@Prissy I was walking in to the three dollar cafe and this guy was in a 2000 camaro with T top open. Blasting i mean it was freaknic loud. He was playing Lady Gaga her first song. I wanted to walk up to the car and slap the shit out of him.

I so just sat here and read all 93 comments. Oh the hilarity.

Baking – I love cooking shows and most chefs know how to bake. This one gets a pass.
Yoga – Most athletes do this so this gets a pass as long as the appropriate attire is worn.
Skinny jeans – There is a HUGE difference between fitted and skinny. If you have to jump up and down or suck your stomach in to get them on, they are too small.
Mani/Pedi – On a need to do basis but not all the time. Leave that to the women.
Cars – I hate to see big football player size dude rolling out of a small car. If you have to push the driver seat all the way to the back seat it’s too small. Understand if the finances are not there but that will need to be a priority.
Singing along to slow music real loud by yourself is a violation. I don’t want to look over in your car and see you all emotional, eyes closed and tears flowing singing. Not a good look.
