It's recreation for a lot of women and men too. I had a young guy to hit on me ( I won't tell his age)....but it did cross my mind that I could teach him a thing or two...but I opted out cause I really don't have the time or patience to teach right now. I wouldn't date someone more than 5 years older than me. Cause there is alot of stuff I want to do in my life. And I want to experience it with someone that it's new to them also. It's like how u don't want to go with someone to see a movie if they have already seen it. I have a girl I use to know getting married to someone 20 years older than her. I think it's crazy. Cause he is close to that age where health problems are a concern. For me age is more than just a number. I wouldn’t date someone more than 5 years older than me. The exude confidence, so they aren't afraid of pursuing men. Whereas younger women are still finding themselves in those regards and are still on a "what can he do for me". The young girls those who are now legal have this sense of do whatever to please you. They live for the moment and not for the future. I mean lets be honest when we were there age did we really care about the economy, politics, careers, marriage, etc? All we cared about is what was going down that night and who was going to be there. I mean this does still apply to the select few that havent grown up yet but really that was the mindset. I remember the first year of my new job I was 23 fresh out of school working around women in there early to mid 30's and 40's. I was like the fresh meat of the department. Hounded on who I was dating what was I doing for the weekend and if I needed company. I think I provided hope for the ones entering mid life crisis which provided them the sense of they still had. Obviously me and my boys at work used to laugh at there desperate advances and would see how far they would go to get a young tenderoni. That was my nickname at work by the cougars for some reason. But as I dated more women my age I realized that the older ones were established made more money than my counterparts my age. And most times they footed the bill I didnt even have pull out my wallet. Young girls were looking for handouts older women were looking for acceptance. So to answer your question its where you are at in life which determines who or what you will date! I once read in a GQ magazine that when I reach my mid 30s I will be in a Zone where I can date women nearing 50 and I can still be appealing to women just turning 21. They call it the sweet zone. Well I'm 28 now and I think its already begun. I cant fight them off Im the cougars dream and the young girls real man! lol Got to love it!
